These terms and conditions may be modified. Therefore, it is understood that the applicable terms and conditions are those in effect on the Website at the time Content is submitted to the Website. The date these terms and conditions are published online constitutes the effective date.
ARTICLE 1: ORDERING
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER ON THE WEBSITE?
Placing your order involves several steps:
– The user adds products to their shopping cart.
– The user accepts the Terms and Conditions.
– The user chooses their in-store pickup time slot.
– The user enters their personal information (last name, first name, billing address, email address, phone number).
– The user chooses their payment method.
– The user submits their payment request.
– The user then receives an order confirmation email.
During these steps, the customer can view the order details and total price and correct any errors before confirming their order to indicate their acceptance.
Payment for the products makes the order final, and no changes to the order can be accepted by the seller.
The seller will confirm the order and payment by sending an email to the address provided by the customer.
The seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a payment dispute regarding a previous order, or who presents any form of risk in the seller’s opinion.
All information provided by the customer is their sole responsibility, and the seller cannot be held liable for any issues arising from their actions if they are unable to fulfill the order.

The prices displayed on the website are in euros and include all taxes and fees.
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change at any time without notice, depending on seasonal product prices and economic conditions.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
Customers can pay for their purchases using a credit card (CB).
The user’s bank account will be debited for the amount of the products and services they have selected once the order is pending collection.
Depending on the card type, the customer enters their card number, expiry date, and security code (the three digits on the back of the card) and then confirms the information or has the option to return to the previous page.
Online payments made by credit card will be processed through the secure STRIPE payment system. The payment request is sent in real time to the payment system. The bank verifies that the credit card is valid (no entry errors, no chargebacks), and confirms the payment by issuing a transaction number or informs the customer that the transaction has been declined.
After the payment is validated by the bank, the order is accepted by the seller, who will confirm acceptance to the customer by email.
The customer agrees to personally use the credit card of which they are the cardholder. In the event of fraudulent use, the seller cannot be held liable. If there are insufficient funds in the bank account, or if the payment is refused by the bank, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer notified by email.
The products remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.
Acadia Productions also reserves the right to refuse an order if there is a prior payment dispute or an abnormally high order volume.
